Welcome to Sure's Refer a Friend scheme. Invite your friends to take out one of our Unlimited Pay Monthly Plans and when they join, you'll both receive a £25 gift card to spend in Creaseys or Red. Best of all, you can invite as many friends as you like and each time they sign up to one of our Pay Monthly plans you'll get a £25 gift card reward.

Refer a Friend is available for all existing Sure Pay Monthly mobile customers. All you need to do to get started is enter your details below, and share your unique code with your friends.

Frequently asked questions

Can I refer my friends who are already with Sure?

You can refer anyone who doesn’t have an Unlimited Pay Monthly plan with us. As an example, they may already have broadband but not an Unlimited Pay Monthly mobile plan.

What does my friend need to do once I’ve referred them?

Your friend needs to make sure that they register for our refer a friend offer by following your unique sharing link. Once they’ve done this, they need to sign up for an Unlimited Pay Monthly mobile plan.  

When will we get our gift card?

Once your friend has joined Sure on a qualifying mobile plan, we’ll need to do some checks before you get your rewards. 

Once your friend has successfully paid their 2nd bill, the vouchers will be issued. Depending on when in the billing cycle your friend joins, this may be up to 90 days after joining.  

You can also visit the online status checker to check the status of your referrals. You can do this by following the link you received in the email we sent you when your friend joined, or by heading back to this page. 

Once we’ve done our checks, we'll email you asking you which gift card you would like to receive. 

I’ve been referred to Sure. What can I do to claim my reward?

To get your reward, follow the link that your friend sent you and register for the refer a friend offer. Here we need you to give us your name and email address.  

Once you’ve registered, you’ll need to sign up for a Unlimited Pay Monthly plan that qualifies. 

We will then need to do some checks before you can get your rewards. Both you and your friend need to be outside of your cancellation periods. You’ll also need to pay your first two bills. Depending on when you join in the billing cycle, this may be up to 90 days after joining. 

Once we’ve done our checks, we'll email you asking you which gift card you would like to receive. 

What do I do if I haven’t got my reward?

Once your friend has bought an Unlimited Mobile Pay Monthly plan with us, we’ll need to do some checks before you both get rewarded. If you haven’t received your rewards you should check that you’ve both met the terms of the promotion: 

  •          Did your friend follow your link and register for the refer a friend offer?
  •         Is your friend outside of your cancellation periods?
  •          Have your latest two bills been paid since your friend has joined?

As a referrer, you can check the status of your referrals by using the online status checker. You can do this by following the link you received in the email we sent you when your friend joined, or by heading back to this page.
